Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and re-scheduling permitted 24 hours or longer ahead of scheduled hike/snowshoe. Should inclement weather make it necessary for Step it Up Adventures to cancel, to ensure the safety of our guests, a full refund will be provided. You will be contacted as soon as possible should this occur.
